We will make use of Courier Guy. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Quick Local Deliveries
Deliveries within South-Africa take about 3 days. For International deliveries, it normally takes about a week, depending on your country. If you would like more information on our delivery services, please visit our contact page to give us a call or send us an email.
Returns
We accept returns within 48 hours of receipt of your jewellery due to manufacturing fault. We can not take responsibility for damage due to neglect.
We provide a 6-month warranty on all 9ct jewellery.
* Note: We recommends that you use Courier Guy for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 9am to 7pm call center as well as insurance. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
